In 1957 my mom opened savings accounts for me and my brother. The bank gave her a pair of Diana Mark 4 cameras that used 620 roll film and M4 flash bulbs. Mine was blue and my brother’s was yellow. We took them on our vacation to Florida where mine melted on the back deck of our car. We were at the beach ( I stepped on a Portuguese Man of War and had black carpenter ants crawling around my scrotum. Note: don’t punch them. Ask me how I know.) My brother didn’t want his and gave it to me. I started taking photos which led to a 66 year fascination with photography. I hope you enjoy looking at my galleries:
